Imogen Ware

Imogen has 10 years’ experience working on cultural projects relating to the Middle East, with significant experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and a strong network of artists, curators and sponsors. She has managed various cultural initiatives to promote arts and creativity in Saudi Arabia, for example: producing the Ithra (King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture) Bridges tour across the USA, a series of exhibitions and collateral events by 50+ Saudi artists in major US arts institutions; establishing the international programme for MiSK Art Institute, which included Saudi Arabia’s inaugural national pavilion at the Venice Biennale for Architecture; and managing the Crossway Foundation, an arts education organisation that partnered with Art Jameel, Qatar Museums, Saudi Aramco and others to invest in the next generation of creative talent in the Gulf region, establishing a network of 100+ alumni. She holds a first-class degree in Arabic and Islamic History from the University of Oxford.
