Visual identity created
For the 2025 edition of AlUla Arts Festival, Flint Culture worked with our partners at ByTwo to create the visual identity and marketing materials for Wadi AlFann presents James Turrell.
As part of the wider Wadi AlFann programming, we had the responsibility of conceptualising and creating brand visuals for the exhibition that fell under the wider Wadi AlFann brand identity. Explorations into photoluminescent inks, heat-sensitive paper, and shadow installations led to the creation of a visual identity that incorporated Turrell’s concept of ‘the thingness of light.’
Embodying the artist’s work into the marketing designs, we produced a large format exhibition catalogue, that focused on the artist’s iconic Jubilee piece – we accompanied the artwork with a dye cut circle to accentuate the work, and accompanied it with embossed titling.
In addition to the catalogue we also produced the exhibition facades, flyers, leaflets, posters, tote bags, water bottles, way-finding, exhibition texts, and more.
