Three year long marketing and communications plan
In 2024 we worked with the Museum of the Viking Age to develop a strategic communications and marketing strategy for the reopening of the new Museum, a major new cultural destination in Norway.
Our specialist capacity team provided a review of the current structure and processes of the Museum of the Viking Age in order to recommend a new institutional design model for the communications and marketing department.
We delivered a full audit and assessment of communications and audiences, developing relevant communication goals and KPIs and a messaging framework to support the repositioning of the new Museum and its long term ambitions for reaching more audiences.
We developed communications guidelines and a plan to grow the museum’s channels strategically, alongside creative campaign tactics for the reopening in 2028.
“Flint Culture’s thorough background analysis provided valuable insights into our audience and market. The strategy itself has given our communication and marketing work a clear direction and well-defined guidelines, while the detailed plan of action they helped create ensures effective implementation. Their support has been instrumental in shaping our approach and setting us on the right path forward.”
