Over the past 10 years, the Goldsmiths’ Centre in London has helped to shape the careers of contemporary gold and silversmiths through high-quality skills training, safeguarding the future of this ancient craft.
In advance of the Centre’s forthcoming 10th anniversary, Flint Culture’s digital team was briefed to undertake a deep dive digital audit of the organisation’s website, with a view to optimising digital profile and performance.
Insights were derived through SEO best practice auditing, identifying website design and maintenance issues adversely affecting SEO performance and overall accessibility.
Google Analytics were used to scrutinise audience demographics and visitor behaviour, with HotJar heat mapping tracking user journeys through the Goldsmiths’ Centre site.
Vimeo and YouTube channel analysis was drawn on to provide web traffic insights into video platforms associated with the Centre.
