Fundraising auction launched by Museum of the Home
The worlds of design, art, fashion, and interiors are coming together to support a groundbreaking fundraising campaign for female homelessness. The online auction, hosted by Museum of the Home will launch on 19th March 2021 and raise funds for Behind the Door, a new campaign delivered in partnership with the London Homeless Collective, to tackle the issue of homelessness for women and families.
Fashion designer, Anya Hindmarch, food writer, Skye McAlpine, interior designer, Maria Speake, luxury wallpaper studio, de Gournay, artist, Amy Revier, textile designer Catarina Riccabona and establishments such as MATCHESFASHION and Claridges, are some of the brands and creatives who have donated items to the Behind the Door auction. The auction, which is open to all, will support Behind the Door’s creative, community, and frontline activity.
These leading brands and female creatives have pledged their support by donating an array of covetable lots, ranging from bespoke studio tours, workshops, and consultations to hand-crafted designer pieces.
