Anna Laudel to Participate in Investec Cape Town Art Fair for the First Time
Anna Laudel, one of the leading contemporary art galleries based in Istanbul, is showcasing a special selection of artworks at the Investec Cape Town Art Fair for the first time until February 19, 2023. Anna Laudel’s participation in the fair includes a special selection of artworks produced by Daniele Sigalot, Mathias Hornung, and Ramazan Can. The biggest contemporary art fair in Africa, Investec Cape Town Art Fair is having its 10th edition around the theme of “the notion of time”, highlighting its journey through the last decade.
Along with the Fair’s theme, the artists represented by Anna Laudel focus on the passage of time and passionately explore the notions of past, present, and future to discover new possible spaces of thought and vision. To stimulate strong physical sensations as opposed to the current age of digitalisation, the artworks of Daniele Sigalot from Italy, Mathias Hornung from Germany, and Ramazan Can from Turkey are a deliberate assembly of divergent materials including metal, stone, wood, paper, wool, and neon.
Representing artists in the global art scene and leading international art fairs, Anna Laudel has a vision to provide a distinguished contemporary exhibition platform that reflects a full range of backgrounds and perspectives in their galleries based in Istanbul and Düsseldorf. They have chosen Flint Culture to work with for communications consulting, media relations and marketing advice since 2016.
