Flint Culture’s Environment & Social Impact (ESI) practice continues to expand, strengthening our ability to support clients at the intersection of sustainability, society, culture and communications. We are pleased to welcome Tamara Withers to the team, who brings over 20 years of experience across climate, sustainability, and strategic communications, having worked on environmental and social initiatives internationally.
At Flint, our ESI practice applies our core strengths in strategy and storytelling to environmental and social challenges, turning ambition into action. Our work supports clients across the full journey, from identifying impact and setting clear goals, to engaging stakeholders, shaping narratives and driving long-term behavioural change. By combining scientific expertise, strategic thinking and cultural intelligence, we translate complex environmental and social challenges into stories that resonate with audiences, inspiring participation and meaningful action.
Recent projects include work with the Royal Commission for AlUla (KSA), Emirates Nature–WWF (UAE), and People First Cities (India). Across these partnerships, we have delivered stakeholder engagement, in-depth research, strategic communications and culture-led activations – helping to make complex environmental and social issues tangible, accessible and locally meaningful – and all underpinned by culture.
As a culture-led communications and strategy consultancy, ESI builds on Flint’s core belief in the transformative power of culture. By bringing together society, science, strategy, culture and communication, we support not just impact, but long-term shifts in perception, behaviour and engagement.
