The preview offered an invaluable opportunity for journalists, architectural critics, and design leaders to delve into the details of Muraba Veil. Envisioned to rise 380 metres, the design features the “Veil”—a stainless steel mesh inspired by traditional Arab Mashrabiya screens—integrated as one of several layers that reimagine the concept of the Arabic house in a modern skyscraper solution for the Gulf.
Through images, videos, and maquettes on display at the Muraba Veil gallery, alongside an in-depth and revealing conversation, guests gained a nuanced understanding of the initiative’s standout features. These include single-width residences optimised for natural light and ventilation, curated amenities such as a wellness spa, private cinema, and communal lounges, all promising an elevated and tranquil living experience within Dubai’s dynamic cityscape.
The preview allowed international media and design leaders to engage directly with Muraba’s founder, Ibrahim Al Ghurair, and RCR Arquitectes. Discussions focused on Muraba’s climate-responsive approach, offering insights for attendees to share within their professional networks. The event provided a glimpse into how Muraba Veil is set to redefine high-rise living by seamlessly blending cultural authenticity with innovative design.
