Wordsworth Trust launch new project website

The Wordsworth Trust have launched a new website for Reimagining Wordsworth, an ambitious development project supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund. Timed to coincide with the 250th anniversary celebrations of the poet’s birthday in April 2020, Reimagining Wordsworth will bring the Romantic poet’s legacy alive for new and existing audiences.

The new website will be updated regularly with news, artists’ impressions and visual information allowing visitors and friends of the Trust to follow the project as it develops. There is also an option to donate and support the project’s development. To unlock the potential £4 million from the Heritage Lottery Fund, Reimagining Wordsworth aims to raise £1 million by March 2018.

Reimagining Wordsworth plans to expand and modernise the Wordsworth Museum, make Dove Cottage more authentic, open up new green spaces including a sensory garden and woodland trail, and provide a better visitor experience by improving accessibility and creating exciting new activities for visitors.

Flint was engaged by The Wordsworth Trust in November 2016 to support The Wordsworth Trust through this exciting period of development.
